Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Once an order has been received it is sent through our systems promptly to ensure your order is picked, packaged and despatched in as least time as possible to meet your expectations on delivery. This does mean that amending orders can sometimes be difficult once your order has been placed, as it may have already been picked from our warehouse. We endeavour to accommodate our customers’ needs, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be amended once it has been placed.
Prices: Unless stated to be fixed for a stated period, Value Products Ltd reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. All prices are excluding VAT.
Online Product Images and Descriptions: Images on the site may differ slightly from the products supplied. In such an event, the product supplied by Value Products Ltd will still be fit for the purpose of its intended use.
Overseas Orders: Value Products Ltd reserves the right to treat orders from Customers outside of the UK on an individual basis.
Shipping And Handling
We strive to dispatch most orders placed before 4.30pm within 24 hours. For signs that include fixing options, please anticipate an additional 1-2 days for processing. In select cases, such as bespoke or bulk orders placed offline, there could be a lead time of up to 10 days.
Please note that Direct Ship products being delivered off Mainland Great Britain may be subject to supplier confirmation or an additional carriage charge. Our friendly sales team will contact you regarding the order if necessary.
We reserve the right to charge for re-shipping of orders due to customer error when entering delivery details. If we receive notification of an error within delivery address with sufficient time before that order is despatched, we will make every effort to amend the delivery address details.

Custom Made Signs
Terms of use
YourParkingSign reserve the right to reject any custom sign(s) that are deemed offensive or discriminatory, this also includes the use of bad language. Any custom sign(s) found to have breached these terms of use will be immediately cancelled and refunded. While we do our best to correct any spelling errors found on all custom signs, it is the buyers responsibility to approve artwork(s) prior to print production.
Artwork Specifications
For any custom products where additional artwork (e.g. logos or images) have been supplied, the quality of the supplied artwork is very important for the end result. Please ensure that artwork supplied is 150 DPI or more (300 DPI is the best for print), and that the image is as large as possible. Larger images are more suitableas we can downsize these to the print area size whilst maintaining quality. If the artwork supplied is of low quality, our team will be in touch to obtain a better-quality file. Currently we cannot support GIF or SVG files. If you only have these unaccepted file types, please contact us via email and we can complete your order offline. If in doubt about the DPI quality of a file, usually file size is a good indicator of quality, with larger files usually being of higher quality. We can accept artwork files up to 5mb in size.
In-House Artwork Design
If a better-quality image is unavailable, we have an in-house design service where we can redraw your artwork to a high quality ready for print. This is a custom service that will be charged for on top of the initial order. The charge will vary based on the complexity of the artwork to be redrawn, but our Sales team will be in touch with you throughout the process before commencing work and accumulating charges.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.
Tax Charges
Please note that all prices quoted exclude VAT. For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20.0% VAT is added.
Credit Card Security
Your security against fraud and identity theft is of paramount importance to us. All online transactions paid for by credit or debit card are processed via SagePay (formerly Protx) secure servers to ensure total peace of mind. We never hold any credit card details ourselves.

YourParkingSign will replace products found to be defective during the warranty period, subject to thorough inspection. Products found to be defective during the warranty period through improper application, use, modification, incorrect assembly or installation are excluded from the respective material guarantees.

Limit of Liability
We shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. Our liability to you shall not in any event include losses related to any business of yours, such as loss of profits or business interruption; neither will we be responsible to you for any other loss which is not a foreseeable consequence of us being in breach of these Terms and Conditions or our legal duties.

Returns Policy
Statutory Cancellation Rights: You have the statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day your goods arrive.
Value Products Ltd. Cancellation Rights: Value Products Limited extends this from 14 days to a full 30 day period from the day goods are received as part of our no quibble guarantee. The following illustrates our cancellation rights against your statutory cancellation rights:

Faulty Goods Returns
If at any time during the lifespan of your product it develops a fault or stops working, you have the right to return the item for a full refund or replacement*. Simply contact our Customer Service Department on 0808 1754 089 for a returns form or fill out our Online Returns Form to start the returns process.
*Custom made products can only be returned if a fault has been discovered within 30 days of receipt of goods. This does not affect the Customer's statutory rights.
30 Day Guarantee Returns Process
If for any reason you wish to return your purchase to us under our 30 day no quibble guarantee, this must be done within 30 days of receipt of goods*. Products should in their original packaging and in a sellable condition. Please follow the following procedure:
- Call Customer Service on Freephone 0808 1754 089 who will provide you with a returns number, or fill out our Online Returns Form
- They will provide you with instructions on how to return the goods to us free of charge
- Please ensure that you provide the correct details of the person who should be credited
- When returning goods please ensure that you include the returns form that Customer Service provide you with and your returns number quoted when you arranged your return
As part of the no quibble guarantee goods should be returned in a re-sellable condition, if you have any doubts about packaging goods for return, please ask Customer Services who will advise you on repacking the goods.

Waste Electrical and Electronic Product Disposal: The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations 2006 (known as the WEEE Regulations) came into effect in the UK on the 1st July 2007. These Regulations are designed to encourage the recycling and environmentally sound disposal of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) and to reduce the amount being thrown away in household bins and ultimately ending up in landfill.
Every year the UK throws away over 2 million tonnes of waste electrical and electronic equipment. If WEEE ends up in landfill sites, the components of the products can break down to produce toxins that can cause soil and water contamination. This can have harmful effects on natural habitats, wildlife and human health. For this reason, consumers are being encouraged to help minimise the impact of waste on our environment by having their waste electrical and electronic goods recycled or re-used.
At Value Products we are aware of our responsibilities under the WEEE Regulations and are providing a free method of disposal of your old electrical or electronic equipment. As a responsible business we are working with our WEEE compliance scheme, Budget Pack, to ensure waste electricals are collected and recycled in an environmentally sound way.
Products that are covered by the WEEE Regulations display a crossed out wheelie bin symbol. This means these items should not be disposed of via normal household domestic waste bins and can be recycled instead.
